Backpacks, lunch boxes, pencils and crayons! Your child is beginning a new stage of discovery and opportunity as they enter their first year of school. Our kindergarten classrooms are designed to provide a learning environment that supports and develops the skills your child is acquiring at school.  Complementing the Ontario Ministry of Education documents, used in all public and Catholic schools, the Coppens Academy combines Ministry initiatives including Jolly Phonics and Word Walls with a multiple intelligence approach, innovative learning strategies, and new manipulatives to provide your child with every advantage.
